Home owners, how do you feel about lockboxes at your property?

As a real estate agent, lockboxes are lifesavers. I have a hobbit to but a lockbox at all my properties, even the ones I cannot give out the combination. I do this just to have the keys at the location at all time, for those last minute appointment.

As a general rule, I never give out the combination to properties where someone lives in, without the owners ok first. However at vacant properties I do give out the combination to real estate agents only whenever I am not able to do the showings.

I would like to hear from home owners how they feel about lockboxes placed at their property whether they live there or not! Please give me your feedback!
